I quit the gym and decided to find a personal trainer that would come to my home and work around my crazy schedule. Chris was exactly the right choice for my lifestyle and needs. He understands how difficult it is to be healthy in the corporate world, and he provides endless encouragement on good days and especially bad days. He challenges me every session (we meet three times a week and I don't intend to stop anytime soon.) His price is such a great value for the type of personalized program he has created based on my body type and goals. You WILL see results if you follow his instruction. "Hiring Chris to be my trainer has been a great decision. I've only been working out with him for just over a month, but I can already see myself getting stronger and more fit. I was really out of shape and had some medical issues. Chris has been great at modifying exercises for me so I can do the workout, but still keep it challenging.
